We are excited to announce that the Marion County, Indiana, Circuit and Superior Courts have selected LexisNexis File & Serve for a pilot electronic filing & service project for their collection & mortgage foreclosure cases. Electronic filing in these two case types may begin on May 17, 2010.
Additional information regarding registration and training is forthcoming. The Indianapolis Bar Association will be distributing a packet of information to their members in the near future. In addition, training dates will be posted here on the File & Serve blog.
