- Document titles should be in ALL CAPS
- Do not repeat the case caption in the document title
- The Proposed Order document title must be very specific. i.e. Plaintiff Sally Smiths Proposed Order for Summary Judgment
- Per Delaware Supreme Court Rule 12(a) in order to file a pleading the filer must be an active member of the Delaware Bar and must "maintain an office in Delaware for the practice of law."
Track your e-Served documents: Read Status and Transaction Reports
Take the guesswork out of e-service. Once you have served your judgment documents on LexisNexis® File and Serve, you can track their delivery. Read Status will display the date and delivery of e-served documents (one-time fee of $2.00 applies). The Transaction Reportoffers a comprehensive, up-to-the-minute report. You can view and print this time-stamped .pdf document that reflects when and by whom a document is opened (one-time fee of $10.00 applies). You can then share this report with your firm members or clients. For training on how to purchase these reports, contact me!
If you have any questions on eFiling in Judgment cases, please don't hesitate to email me at sheila.karns-gierek@lexisnexis.com.

Enjoy your blog very much. I have read your chest on frame article noticed you make your own forged nails from common nails. I wonder if you might tell how you do this in a future blog.

We meant to share with you our first visit here in November, not to mention our stay at the Ace New York last early June. We're definitely smitten with this fledglingasdf chain, and are even looking forward to popping up to Portland soon, in part because of the original Ace there.
