Did you know: You can monitor activity in your case by setting up a Tracked Item? To begin, sign on to File & Serve and click Tracked Items and then Tracking Setup. Select the data items you would like displayed, i.e. Case History, File & Serve, etc. Find your case by selecting your jurisdiction and entering part of the case name or number. Once set up is complete, you can click Tacked Items to view the Case History Report or to begin filing/serving into your case.
